Return & Exchange

At Beleza, we have a priority aim to enhance the experience of our valuable customers. We at Beleza guarantee the rights of our customers and keep them aware at every instant by offering advice through beleza.pk, social media, and other channels.

Beleza offers 7 days return and refund policy to all our customers. While we hope you never have to use this, but if you do, it’s there for you. Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

• Return products must be unworn, undamaged and must be in their original purchase condition.

• To return your order, please write to us at customercare@beleza.pk and we'll take care from there.

• It’s the liability of the customer to send beleza back in its original packing as was received. Shipping cost to be bear by the customer.

• Several types of goods are exempt from being returned such as bakery and customized products cannot be returned.

• Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customercare@beleza.pk

• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed.
